Refund policy

We gladly accept cancellations and returns on all garments within seven days of receiving your shipment. To initiate a return, please contact us at Studio@DanarysNyc.com and request a return shipping label should you need one.

Refunds will be processed once the garments are received at Danarys in their original condition, unworn with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Garments personalized in any way can not be returned.

Please note that the cost of the shipping label, as well as a 3% bank fee (if payment was made via credit card), will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed once the returned garments are received at Danarys in their original condition unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. 

Should you require minor adjustments to your garment, we offer a reimbursement of up to $75 for alterations at your local seamstress.

Customized garments cannot be canceled once the deposit is paid, and they are not eligible for return.
